Strawberry jam
Powdered sugar

Prepare pie crust as for pie, except cut into rounds with a cookie cutter. In center of cookie round, place 1/2 teaspoon of strawberry jam. Bring sides of cookie round up in the middle and overlap. Bake in a 350 degree oven on a greased cookie sheet until browned (lightly). Remove from oven, roll in powdered sugar. Enjoy!
