TERIYAKI BURGER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten slightly
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate
Dash of ginger

Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Shape into patties. Grill 4" to 5" from hot coals for 6 minutes on one side then turn. Then grill 4 minutes longer.
