PEANUT BUTTER CUPS 
12 graham crackers, crushed fine
1/2 c. softened butter
1 c. soft peanut butter
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix together graham cracker crumbs, butter and peanut butter. Add sugar. Roll into small balls and place into paper candy cups. Flatten mixture into cups.

TOPPING: Melt together in double boiler the butter and chocolate chips. Gently pour over crumb mixture in cups. Put in refrigerator to cool.
