CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 lb. chicken meat, cooked, shredded without skin
1 sm. head lettuce, shredded
4 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp. chopped, toasted peanuts
4 c. fried rice noodles (also known as rice sticks)

Toss all the above together and add dressing. 1/4 c. salad oil (can cut oil down or omit) 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. sesame oil 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. Accent
