CHICKEN CURRY 
4 lg. chicken breasts
1 bag broccoli cuts
1 can mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 1/2-2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Curry powder

Bake chicken breasts, let cool and remove from the bone. (Keep in medium size pieces). Pre-cook broccoli and drain. Mix mushroom soup and milk in a bowl. Cover bottom of baking dish with the broccoli. Then layer chicken on top of broccoli. Cover with soup. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top, then liberally sprinkle the curry powder over it. Bake at 375 degrees until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
