1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. crushed Total cereal
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground sage
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. catsup

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except catsup. Spread mixture in loaf pan. Spoon catsup over top. Bake, uncovered until done, 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
