1 lb. can green beans
1 lb. can yellow wax beans
1 lb. can kidney beans
1 med. red onion

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
2/3 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Drain green and wax beans. Rinse and drain kidney beans. Slice onion thinly and separate rings.

Mix dressing well and pour over vegetables. Lave overnight. To serve, you may drain and place on lettuce leaves with tomato wedges. Also try adding cauliflower, carrots, garbanzo beans, etc. to marinade.
