1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 stick butter
1 qt. pecan halves
Cayenne pepper to taste

Heat oven to 250 degrees. Bake pecans on cookie sheet about 15 minutes or until golden brown, baste with butter while baking. Heat soy sauce and butter while baking. Add pecans, stir thoroughly; drain. Add cayenne. Store in airtight container.
