GRASSHOPPER PIE 
40 reg. marshmallows
1 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. creme de menthe
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 box chocolate wafers, crumbled

Add melted butter to crumbled cookies. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan and refrigerate. Melt marshmallows in milk over low heat, stirring constantly. Cool. Add creme de menthe and refrigerate for 1 hour. Whip cream and add to milk mixture. Beat well and pour onto crumb crust in pan. Sprinkle with 3 extra crumbled cookies. Freeze an hour or two.
