LEMONY STEAMED FISH 
4 lg. fish fillets or several smaller fish
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice

Place fillets in ungreased baking dish or pan. Sprinkle with onion, parsley, dill weed, paprika, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cover tightly with foil. Bake in preheated moderate oven, 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
