ESCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 (#2) can pineapple, chunks and juice
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
4 c. cubed white bread

Mix all ingredients together except pineapple. Mix well and then add pineapple. Place in 3 quart casserole (greased) and bake until golden brown, about 30-45 minutes. May serve warm or cold. May be made ahead and refrigerated. May be served with whipped cream. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
