1 gal. hot water
2 c. light corn syrup
2 tsp. Epsom salts
2 tbsp. bleach

Stir everything together and place some at the base of your tree instead of plain water. Store rest in gallon jug and use when tree is thirsty. It's true. You won't lose any needles this way.
