BANANA PUDDING 
2 pkg. (3 1/2 oz. each) instant vanilla pudding
3 c. cold milk
6 oz. sour cream
8 to 10 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1 box (12 oz.) Vanilla Wafers
7 to 8 bananas

In large mixing bowl, blend pudding mix in milk with wire whisk. Add sour cream and half of Cool Whip, mixing well. Set aside. In large deep glass bowl alternate layers of cookies, sliced bananas and pudding mixture.

Top with reserved Cool Whip, garnish with finely crushed cookie crumbs. Refrigerate overnight.
