1 tub Cool Whip
1 can cherry pie filling
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 pkg. sm. marshmallows
1 c. black walnuts
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Mix together, chill and serve.
