BRISKET 
1 brisket
liquid smoke
Worcestershire sauce
bottled barbecue sauce with onion

Sprinkle with liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce. Wrap brisket in heavy-duty foil. Cook 6 hours at 250°F. At end of 6 hours, take out and take off fat. Use bottled barbecue sauce with onion and cook 1 hour. Cool, then refrigerate until next day and slice.
