EGG SALAD 
1 doz. lg. eggs (hard boiled, peeled, grated and cooled)
4 tbsp. sweet relish
3 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing (enough to blend)
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
salt to taste
1 tbsp. sugar

Boil eggs and grate. Add sweet relish, salad dressing, pimentos, salt and sugar. Mix well. (Do not get too thin.)

Cool in refrigerator about 3 hours. Make sandwiches.
