BAR-B-QUE CUPS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. Bar-B-Que sauce
1 can biscuits (10 ct.)
Shredded cheddar cheese

Cook meat, drain fat. Add sugar, onion and sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. Flatten each biscuit separately. Place in lightly greased muffin pan. Pull dough up sides. Fill with meat. Top with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees until biscuits are brown. Leave in pan for 10 minutes before serving.
