1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. rubbed sage
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Pinch cayenne

Combine and store in empty spice container to use on chicken dishes.
