CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 chicken, cooked and deboned
2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 sm. jar pimento
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti

Saute onions, green pepper and celery in 2 tablespoons butter until tender. Heat to a boil chicken, broth, soup, cheese and pimento. Cook spaghetti, drain. combine with rest of ingredients, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Mixture should be soupy before cooking. Add more broth, if necessary.
