1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. finely diced celery
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. salad dressing
1 tsp. lemon juice

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; cool until syrupy. Add pineapple, celery, nuts and cottage cheese; pour into flat pan and harden. For topping, mix cream cheese, salad dressing and lemon juice; spread over salad. Decorate with maraschino cherries if desired.
