CHICKEN OREGANATO 
1 frying chicken, 3 1/2 - 4 lbs.
5 med. sized potatoes
2 green peppers
1 sm. onion
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 c. Italian tomatoes
Salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, dried basil leaf
Grated cheese

In baking dish arrange chicken, quartered potatoes, sliced peppers, mushrooms and thinly sliced onion. Put tomatoes in blender and season with salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, dried basil leaf and grated cheese. Pour over chicken. Pour 1/4 cup oil over entire dish before baking. Bake approximately 1 hour at 375 degrees until chicken is tender.
