4 regular pkgs. (4 serving size) or 2 lg. pkgs. (8 serving) Jello gelatin
2 1/2 c. boiling water or apple juice
Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water or juice. Pour into 13"x9" pan. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. To unmold, dip pan in warm water for about 15 seconds. Cut into small squares or use cookie cutters for special shapes. Lift from pan. (To increase nutritional value, use unsweetened gelatin.)
Especially good to serve a lot to one hungry pre-schooler or a few each to several hungry pre-schoolers!
