1 pt. cottage cheese
1 pt. Cool Whip
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple (lg.), drained
1 pkg. (3 oz.) dry Jello (any flavor)
1/2 c. coconut, optional

Mix all together and chill. If desired, sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut on.
