CHEESECAKE SUPREME 
CRUST:

1/2 c. 10x sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
5 tbsp. melted butter

FILLING:

3 lb. cream cheese
2 c. sugar
6 whole eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sour cream

1. Mix crust ingredients and press firmly to sides and bottom of 10 inch spring form pan.

2. Beat filling ingredients (except sour cream) for 10 minutes.

3. Add sour cream and beat for 2 more minutes.

4. Pour into crust lined pan.

5. Bake 60 to 75 minutes at 325 degrees. Center should not look too wet.

6. Turn oven off; open door ajar 4 inches and let cool in oven 1 hour.

7. Cool, then refrigerate before serving.
