PARMESAN CHICKEN 
3-4 chicken breasts
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
32 oz. can Ragu Homestyle Spaghetti Sauce
Bread crumbs
Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Pound chicken breasts. Coat with egg mixture, then dry bread crumbs. Fry chicken (brown it). Put in 9 x 13 inch pan - lightly greased.

Pour a 32 ounce can of Ragu Homestyle Spaghetti Sauce over chicken. Cover with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover, add Mozzarella and cook 10 more minutes.
