PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat butter and sugar. Add pumpkin and eggs. Beat until smooth. Add flour, baking powder, soda, and cinnamon. Pour into a greased 10 x 15 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

Beat well 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 cup butter, 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. If desired, sprinkle bars with 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
