CHICAGO PIE CRUST 
5 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. Crisco or lard
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp. lemon juice with enough water to fill 1 c.

Mix flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. Add Crisco or lard. Add egg yolks and lemon juice with water.
