CHERRY (OR BLUEBERRY) CHEESECAKE 
1 stick melted butter
2 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar

Mix together and spread on bottom of 9x13 pan (sprayed with Pam). Bake 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. (Don't overbake.)

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cram cheese
1 c. powered sugar

Mix together and fold in 1 medium container Cool Whip.

TOPPING:

1 lg. can cherry (or blueberry) pie filling

Spread over Cool Whip layer.
