QUICK CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
Fry chicken until brown (roll in flour first). Put in casserole, dump sauce over and bake.

SAUCE:

1 can tomato soup
1/3 c. dry red wine
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Onion, chopped (to taste)
Basil (to taste)
Oregano (to taste)

Bake, covered, at 350 degrees, 40 minutes.

This has a great flavor and is excellent served with rice. (You can add green pepper the last 5 to 10 minutes.)
