CHICKEN BREASTS WITH BACON 
6 whole chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
10-12 green onions
24 slices bacon

Split, skin and bone chicken breasts, using very sharp knife or buy them prepared in this manner. Salt lightly. Combine softened cream cheese and onions, chopped fine, including a great deal of the green. Form into 12 walnut sized balls. Wrap half a chicken breast around each one. Then wrap 2 slices of bacon around the chicken, covering as much of the chicken as possible. Secure with toothpicks, which can be removed after baking. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Serves 6.

NOTE: This recipe may be made ahead and refrigerated until time to bake. Enjoy!
