BACON, OLIVE & CARROT SPREAD 
1/2 lb. sliced bacon
1/3 c. chopped stuffed olives
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. minced onions
1 c. grated raw carrots
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble bacon. Combine with remaining ingredients. Let cool. Mix well. Spread on toasted buttered bread.
