1 pkg. almond bark 2 c. peanut butter 3 c. miniature marshmallows 2 c. Rice Krispies 1 c. Spanish peanuts Melt almond bark and peanut butter in double boiler. Cool slightly. Pour mixture over marshmallows, Rice Krispies and peanuts. Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper. | |

Great recipe! Much better and lighter than normal no bake cookies. I made two changes that made it so much better. First, melt the marshmellows in with the peanut butter and almond bark. Second change is chop up the peanuts before you add them in. Delicious!
