MELT IN YOUR MOUTH MACARONI
SALAD
 
8 oz. macaroni
1 c. shredded carrots
Sliced radishes
1 cucumber, peeled, quartered, seeded and sliced
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. parsley (2 tbsp. dried)
3 tbsp. fresh dill or 1 tbsp. dillweed

DRESSING:

Whisk all ingredients together.

1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. minced garlic
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce

Cook macaroni. Drain, rinse in cold water. Add to dressing. Add remaining ingredients. Toss well.
