ELEGANT SALAD 
Cover salad plates with a combination of greens. I use leaf lettuce endive romaine red leaf lettuce.

4 slices fresh pear which has been dipped in lemon juice
2 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
2 tbsp. toasted walnuts

Pass dressing separately. I use vinaigrette of vinegar and oil. (May garnish with red onion rings).
