MOUND BARS 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (15 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
2 c. flaked coconut
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Mix graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and butter. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

Mix condensed milk and coconut and spread over baked crust. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and return to oven for 2 minutes. Remove and spread over top.
