3 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Beat first 4 ingredients together until soft peaks are formed. Gradually beat in sugar until it forms stiff peaks. Add chocolate morsels. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet lined with brown paper and bake 25 minutes in 300 degree oven.
