BAKED FISH 
Fresh catfish or others
Milk
Crushed corn flakes

Wash and cut off fins, tail and head with kitchen shears; cut into so fish lies flat. Put in shallow pan and cover with milk. Let set for 1 1/2 hours; drain. Roll in corn flakes. Put in greased or Pam-sprayed shallow pan. Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until brown and flaky when tried with fork.
