CRAB DIP 
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, finely minced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can mushroom soup
2 tbsp. hot water
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
Dash of salt
1 can minced crab, drained

Melt cream cheese and soup, then add celery, onions, mayonnaise and can of minced crab. Dissolve gelatin in hot water and add to mixture. Place in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
