BUTTER MOCHI 
3 c. sugar
2 c. milk 1 tbsp. vanilla
1 box Mochiko
5 eggs
12 oz. can Mendonca coconut milk, frozen or canned
3 tsp. baking soda
1 block melted butter

Mix all dry ingredients. Melt butter. Mix all other ingredients together. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan, bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
