1 box yellow butter cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Mix cake mix, butter and eggs well. Spread into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Mix powdered sugar, eggs and cream cheese until smooth. Spread over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool, cut in squares. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
