CINNAMON SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. finely chopped walnuts combined with 1 tsp. cinnamon, 2 tbsp. sugar

In the large bowl combine butter, sugar and eggs. Beat until mixture is light and fluffy. Blend in sour cream. Sift flour, measure and sift with soda and baking powder into the creamed mixture; add vanilla. Blend well.

Spoon half of batter into 9 inch tube pan which has been buttered and floured (batter will be quite thick). Sprinkle half of cinnamon-nut mixture over batter. Spoon in remaining batter and top with rest of nut mixture. Place in cold oven, 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Cut pieces in pan to serve warm or cold.
