LOW FAT LASAGNA 
Ragu, or sauce of choice
3/4 c. Alpine Lace fat-free Mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. fat-free Cheddar cheese
12 oz. pasta (your choice)
1 (16 oz.) non-fat cottage cheese
12 oz. Parmesan cheese
Lean ground beef

Brown meat, add Ragu or sauce of your choice. Simmer for about 20 minutes; add all the cheese except the Parmesan. Cook pasta, drain, add to the sauce-meat mixture. Mix, pour into a large deep baking pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until its bubbly.

Brown meat, drain off fat and pat with paper towels to absorb most fat.
