LOW FAT MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 c. skim milk
1 tbsp. apple sauce

Mix first 4 ingredients together in bowl. Mix next three ingredients in separate bowl, add liquid ingredients to dry mix. Stir little as possible, use paper cup liners, fill 1/4 full, bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. You may add raisins if you wish.
