CHICKEN AND RICE DISH 
1 cut up frying chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup
1 c. long grain rice, uncooked
1 - 1 1/2 c. water

Grease bottom of a 13"x9" baking dish. Spread rice on bottom of dish. Place chicken pieces on top. Mix water and onion soup together and pour over chicken. Spoon mushroom soup on top of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, then remove cover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
