CHOCOLATE ECLAIR PIE 
1 box graham crackers
9 oz. Cool Whip
3 c. milk
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
Topping

Blend vanilla pudding and milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Line a 9x13 pan with graham crackers. Put half of the pudding mix into the pan. Put graham crackers on top. Pour in remaining mixture. Put on final layer of graham crackers. Put topping on and chill overnight.

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter; add remaining ingredients. Mix.
