DIABETIC PINK SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) sugar-free cherry Jell-O
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in juice)
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. low calorie topping mix

Mix Jell-O and pineapple; bring to boil. Let cool. Add cottage cheese and topping. Chill 4 to 6 hours.

Serves 6 to 8.

This is very good even if you aren't a diabetic.
