2 lg. tomatoes, diced
6 avocados, diced
1 onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salad oil
4 drops Tabasco

Combine in large bowl first 3 ingredients. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl until smooth. Pour over avocado mixture and mix well. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. Serves 8.
