SAUCE REMOULADE 
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped sour pickles, drained
1 tbsp. chopped capers, drained
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. tarragon

In small bowl, stir all ingredients until well mixed. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
