BEEF GOULASH 
1 1/2 lb. stew meat
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 tbsp. oil
1/5 to 1/2 can tomato paste
2 c. water

Cut meat into 1/2 inch cubes. Brown in large pan or Dutch oven in 1 tablespoon oil. Mix tomato paste, onion soup mix, and water together. Pour in pan with meat. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over large egg noodles or rice.
