BARBECUED CHICKEN 
1 roasting chicken
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. tomato ketchup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 tsp. sugar
Dash of vinegar
Dash of hot sauce

Rub chicken with the dry ingredients. Roast in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Mix the remaining ingredients to make gravy. Baste chicken with gravy mixture until chicken is fully cooked. Remove chicken from pan and finish gravy. Over high heat, add a spoon of flour, mix well and add water until desired thickness.
